On Tuesday, February 10, 2015 the Clinton Valley Chapter will host our annual February General Membership Meeting at Camp Ticonderoga on Rochester Road just south of Square Lake Road. The meeting will start at 7:00PM and end at 9:00PM. As always, we encourage our members and guests to come early and order dinner from the outstanding Camp Ticonderoga menu.
Our speaker for the evening will be our new Trout Unlimited National staff member, Jeremy Geist. Many of you know Jeremy from his time with the Clinton River Watershed Council, however, you may not have known that he is now TU’s new Great Lakes Restoration Project Manager. Jeremy will be giving a brief overview of his new position and the benefits of having a TU staff member based right here in Michigan.
We will also have a presentation from our CVTU Conservation Chairman, Mark Johnston, on the upcoming 2015 chapter conservation projects and what volunteer opportunities are available for those willing to get their hands a bit dirty this season.
Don’t forget that this is the last chapter meeting to take advantage of the early bird pricing on your 2015 CVTU Banquet for Conservation tickets.
So come out and join us for a great night at Camp Ticonderoga!
