October General Membership Meeting

On Tuesday, October 8, 2013 the Clinton Valley Chapter will host our first General Membership Meeting of the season at Camp Ticonderoga on Rochester Road just south of Square Lake Road.  This meeting will begin at 7:00PM and end shortly after 9:00PM.  As usual, the meeting will consist of roughly 30 minutes of “social time” to share fishing stories and meet new Clinton Valley members followed by a short presentation on chapter business from our Chapter President, Jason Davis.

After we have a short break the chapter will welcome James Emerson Lady (Stillwater Studios) to our General Membership Meeting.  Those of you that attended our Annual Conservation Banquet may remember James as one of our featured vendors.  During Tuesday’s meeting James will offering some tips on taking the best photos of your trophy fish and the time you spend on the river.  Anyone that has seen his work knows he is a true artist with a camera!

During the meeting chapter members will have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for our fall bamboo rod raffle.  A $10 ticket gives you a 1 in 300 chance at winning a custom Ron Barch Alder Creek bamboo fly rod with a matched Willow Classic reel.  This rod combo retails at over $1800!

Remember to not forget your appetite.  Camp Ticonderoga offers our chapter an outstanding menu and a staffed bar during our chapter events.  The food and service is outstanding at a very reasonable price!
